Consent Forms for Public Duty

Dear all,

To all cadets who are doing public duties on the first week of school (2nd - 5th January), please do check your emails ASAP! Some of you may recieve two emails as you are doing two shifts, so do fill in both forms for different shifts and hand it in as stated in the email.

Once you have read and received the email, do reply to the email stating you have received and read through the email.
