1. In order to standardize all excuse letters submitted to the admin department, we have come up with a template for excuse letters (as shown below):

For future excuse letters that you submit, please follow this template. Remember that all excuse letters have to be typewritten, in A4 size and with your parents signature. If you are sick on a certain CCA session, please submit your excuse letter, with your medical certificate attached behind and submit it to the admin department. Any missing document or information in the excuse letter will not be accepted and failure to produce the complete necessary documents will be deemed as Absence without Leave (AWOL).

COP Training (First Aid Course)

Hi all,

Nanyang Neighbourhood Police Centre and Jurong West Police Centre, will be conducting a COP training for the existing and newly recruited COP members. The details are as follows:

Date: 26 February 2012, Sunday

Venue: Boon Lay Community Club, Mini Theatre, 2nd Level

Time: 0830 - 1130 hrs (Please reach there latest by 0820 hrs)

Attire: SJ Tee with Blue Skirt (For Girls) / White Pants (For Guys)

Things to bring along:

- Writing Materials

- First Aid Manual (Optional)

- 1 Passport-sized Photo (For CERT Journal)

Please take note :
1. Please fall in by 2:40pm in the attire stated at the design court with your school bags.Please remember to bring along your signed consent form. Respective I/C(s), please pass the consent forms to your NCO by first parade and also collect all phones and wallets and pass it to your NCO. All bags would be kept in sjab room for security purposes.
2. Your PE shirt has to be tucked in all the time, even when you are going to west coast park.
3. Those that do not have RV PE tee with zip, please wear another pe shirt (but there is no need to put on safety pin).
4. Please bring along an ice mountain water bottle and make sure its labelled. For the labelling of bottles, please write your initials on the bottle cap, then write the rank and full name i.e. (SSG TAY KAI YUN) on the ring right below the ice mountain label. Then the next ring below it, please write your year i.e. YEAR 4. Write everything in CAPS. We will check your bottles on friday itself.
5. There will be two-way transport provided to and fro.
