There have been changes to the LCD public duty. All of you are to re-volunteer for the public duty as there have been changes. The following are the shifts that you can volunteer for:

NCO Course Registration

Dear all,

For those going for the NCO Course, please register for the course online through the following webpage. From there, cadets are to follow the instructions found and register for the course they are attending (BNCO/ANCO). The deadline of registration will be on the 24th of October. Parent's consent form together with the camping packing list can also be found in the web address given below. The consent form is to be submitted on the first day of the course.

Change in October Schedule

Dear all,

Please take note that there has been a change to the CCA Session on 19th October. The FA & FD Lessons will be replaced by FA Comp Selection. Do remember to prepare for the selection and jiayou!(: Thank you.

Basic & Advance NCO Course 2010

Dear all,

The Basic and Advance NCO Course for this year will be different from previous years. Instead of stretching over a period of 8 weeks. It will consist of just 2 weeks. There will be a Course Phase Camp and a Camp Phase Camp. The dates are as follows:

Course Phase:
3 Days 2 Night Camp
Date: 6 - 8 Nov 2010
Time: 0700 (6 Nov) - 2100 (8 Nov)
Venue: Clementi Town Secondary and NHQ

Camp Phase:
4 Days 3 Nights Camp
Date: 26 - 29 Nov 2010
Time: 0700 (26 Nov) - 1300 (29 Nov)
Venue: Clementi Town Secondary

The course fee remain unchanged and will cost $35/pax. The application form for the course will be done online and the details will be given out at a later date.

For the Course Camp from 6 - 8 Nov. Cadets will have to bring the following:
1. 1.5 Litres Ice Mountain Water Bottle
2. Full Uniform
3. Writing Materials
4. St. John / School Tee X 4
5. PE Shorts / Black Shorts X 4
6. Undergarments X 4
7. Toiletries (Soap, shampoo etc)
8. School Shoe X 1 pair
9. Slippers /Sandals X 1 pair
10. Socks
11. Towel

Cadets will report to Clementi Town Secondary School on the 6 Nov and the course will end at NHQ but a bus will be provided to Jurong East Sub-centre for dismissal. Parents can fetch their children home from there.

October CCA Schedule

Dear all,

The CCA schedule for October has been uploaded. For the year ones, please prepare for your upcoming community test. There will be a session where we will have community singing in order to help you to recap. Another event to take note would be the Walkathon 2010. Thank you.

Tentative Dates for Basic and Advance NCO Course 2010

Dear all,

Please take note of the tentative dates for Basic and Advance NCO course 2010:
Course Dates: 05 - 08 Nov 2010 (Overnight)
Camp Dates: 12-15 Nov 2010 OR 26 Nov -29 Nov 2010 (To be confirmed)

Both the course and camp are overnight from 0730 on the first day till 1300 on the last day.
It is recommended for all to try to go overseas during December, as CCA activities will then be on hiatus.

There is comp training on this tuesday, 14th September. Attire is pe attire with boots and black socks. Please be ready by 1455 at the canteen, after which the respective trainers will inform you of each team's training ground. Do also bring your ice mountain water bottles along. Thank you.(:
