FLAG DAY 2012 TOMORROW

Shift 1: 8-1pm

Shift 2: 12-4pm

Full shift: 8am-4pm (For those doing full shift, please have your lunch before/after 12-1pm. This is the lunch hour so there's a lot of people!)

REPORT TO SCHOOL AT 7.30AM

Attire: SJ Tee + Blue Skirt/White pants

1. Please have breakfast before the shift

2. If you are the only person doing full shift at your MRT station, please bring a haversack to store the tins as you are in charge of them all! If you have another person doing full shift with you, you can bring a smaller bag and share the load.

IMPORTANT PROCEDURE:

1. You will all report to school and collect the tins from the canteen. Go to the table that has the name of your MRT station pasted on it. Find all your MRT team mates and make sure every one has their two tins with them. If you have someone doing 2nd shift at your MRT Station, collect their 2 tins for them and put them in your haversack. They will meet you at the MRT station directly, at 12pm. Please make sure you are present when they reach, and that they know where to find you. A ic list will be handed to you tomorrow morning.

2. After every one who is supposed to be in your group is there, you can leave for your destination! Please stick together during the journey. Break up into pairs to go to different places when you reach (eg for Jurong East, a pair to JCube street, a pair to library street.) 

3. When the person who is doing Shift 1 has ended their shift, they will pass their 2 tins to you, and you store the tins in your haversack. IMPORTANT: When they hand their tins to you, THEY have to sign under "Sign Out" at their name,  and YOU have to sign under "Sign In" at THEIR NAME. 

When the person who is doing Shift 2 has reached the station, you will pass their two tins to them. IMPORTANT: When you hand their tins to them, YOU have to sign under "Sign Out" at their name, and THEY have to sign under "Sign In" at their name.  

4. When your shift ends, make sure you have all the team members' tins with you. Head to SJAB headquarters and call us before you reach. We will be waiting for you there. 

DO NOT ASK FOR MONEY ON THE MRT, BLOCKING ANY ENTRANCES, INSIDE BUILDINGS.

- Cadets who havent handed up any consent forms, please hand the consent forms up by first parade.
- Any cadets holding on to any mess tins, please bring them to CCA on friday to return.

CIP hours will be awarded.           
It starts from 8am to 4pm.

Each cadet (yr 3&4), no matter you are going for the flag day or not,
YOU MUST GET 3PEOPLE (friends) to go.
