Flag day is this Saturday.
Only people of age 15 & 16 can participate in it.
CIP hours will be awarded.           
It starts from 8am to 4pm.
1st shift:  8am-12pm                     
2nd shift: 12pm-4pm
Those who do full shift will have a break 12pm - 1pm.  

Each cadet (yr 3&4), no matter you are going for the flag day or not,
YOU MUST GET 3PEOPLE (friends) to go.
Get your friends' [ Name, Class, Contact number]
This is urgent. 
I need to get the whole list of people going for this CIP by tomorrow afternoon 4pm.
